This information is stored in the logbook. What exactly happened is displayed in a clear and detailed manner. Drivers or those responsible for safety can be identified and questioned via the logbook. Depending on the data protection setting, this information is initially pseudonymised.

Photos of the damage can be sent in advance using the Easy Report app.

2. How do I plan my staff?

Team planning depends on predictable maintenance and unpredictable repairs. We give them the information they need.

The ordering of parts, e.g., for maintenance packages, can also be planned thanks to Mobile Easykey. With the respective reminder of the maintenance, the necessary parts list can be sent by e-mail to the person responsible.

We also have the right solution for the damage that has occurred with our Easy Report App. You will receive photos of the damaged parts from the vehicle accident.

3.What condition are the batteries in?

In 9 out of 10 cases you get the information that a battery is no longer working properly, too late! Real-time information on the electrolyte level and actual usage times allows you to react immediately. The evaluation of the actual operating times also provides the basis for new battery orders.

4. When are maintenance and accident prevention regulations (UVV) due?
